Mluvii Was Awarded At Microsoft Awards 2018

We are very pleased to announce that we successfully defended the first place in the prestigious Microsoft Awards competition in 2018. We won the main prize of the 20th year in the Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance category. We received the 2018 award for a solution implemented in cooperation with Pojišťovna České spořitelny, who has our thanks. Mluvii also won the Microsoft Awards in 2017 in the Digital Innovations in the Customer Segment category.
 

In the category Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance, projects that significantly contributed to the digital transformation of financial and insurance companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and using Microsoft cloud services were evaluated.

Although the cooperation with Pojišťovna České spořitelny is in the pilot stage, it quickly brings success, results, and eventually the prize from Microsoft Awards 2018. Mluvii cooperates with a number of other financial clients such as ČSOB or Home Credit, but it also has a number of clients from the fields of ecommerce (Alza, Mall Group), telecommunications (O2, Tesco mobile) and energy (Innogy).

Even though the project of mluvii and Pojišťovna České spořitelny is only starting, it very quickly brings results and benefits to both sides. The cooperation is based on a clear goal – to bring a new, fast and simple communication channel with the insurance company to PČS clients. Implementation and training of agents took place in a very short time. Mluvii is very user-friendly, thanks to which the expectations set at the beginning of the project, which is far from over, were accomplished. We also want to use mluvii in more sophisticated interactions with clients, says Adam Bouška, Director of the Client Service Department of Pojišťovna České spořitelny.

And he adds: “Extending the existing standard communication means with customers by a chat is one of the basic steps in the digitization of our insurance company. After seeing a few possible solutions, mluvii has emerged as a clear choice. And the course of the pilot confirms the correctness of our choice – quick and easy installation, professional approach in the field of training and continuous support from mluvii, and a comfortable environment for users. We are convinced, and client reviews agree with us, that mluvii is an important part of our continuous improvement of customer experience. We are currently working on using other features of mluvii in the field of customer retention and online sales.”
