Working with data and accurately evaluating it is an integral part of good customer care. Mluvii offers several reporting metrics, which tell you immediately how your agents were doing. 

  • All you need to do is look at the reporting section of our application to find out the data on the exact number of sessions, agent performance, average customer waiting time in the queue, or the final evaluation of the session.
  • You can just as easily check the number of your licences in mluvii or their expiration date.
